Design through construction documents of a 25,000 SF building, clad in a skin of concrete and titanium, intended to create a signature presence in an up-and-coming area of Queens. The building features 15 rental units with high ceilings, oversize windows, multiple terraces and a state-of-the-art building lobby. In addition, there is a double-height, corner retail space. Construction budget $3,500,000.
