New Construction on the Bowery

Does anybody know what new construction there is on 2nd street between bowery and 2nd ave?

I thought Avalon Bay Development had plans for that block, in addition to the one on Houston between 3rd Ave & Bowery.

Chrystie Place is across the street, but I am pretty sure I saw more comprehensive plans for 3 or 4 buildings on those blocks.

Which side? I know Cooper Square/Avalon Chrystie Place is on the south side. There is a 6 story low-income building finishing construction that is part of that development.
