Ive was on Mrofficespace.com doing a search for my firm for some new westside office space to rent when I came upon this development.Anyone hear of this, is this the Cybercenter location that got scratched?

Yes. However the specs are exactly the same, either the plans have been brought back to life (the site is being excavated), the info. is old, or its for an entirely new building with the same envelope but a different program.
