"Ocean View Villas at Rockaway Beach, located in Rockaway Queens, is a new residential development of 142 newly constructed housing units comprised of eighty-two (82) single family homes and thirty (30) two family homes. The owner’s apartment located on the second and third floors features three bedrooms with individual closets, two full bathrooms, a living room, family room, a dedicated laundry room, and a linen closet. The exterior facades of these homes will be clad in horizontal cement board siding with vertical trimming. The entrance façades feature a two-story bay window and an architectural shingle covered entry porch. Each house will be constructed using pre-fabricated steel frame modules that will be manufactured at CAPSYS Corp.
