Does anyone else have the same problem as me when you open a thread, find the last post you read, start reading and all of a sudden the page jumps back to the bottom? Its all very well I could wait for this jump before finding my last post but its just annoying please fiz it fools

It could be because your computer is slow or your internet connection is slow or you are looking at a thread with lots of pictures or any combination of the above. Sometimes forum could be slow too.

It happens to me all the time. Probably just some default setting that skips to the last post.

There are 3 ways of getting to the thread - clicking on the thread name will take you to the first post of the thread, clicking on the arrow-down button at the beginning of the thread will take you to the first unread post since your last visit, and clicking on the arrow-right button in the last post column will take you to the last post.

If you click on the last post button, the server will start loading the thread, but it may take some time before the whole page loads for the reasons I've outlined in the previous post. Once the whole page loads, your browser will take you to the last post, as you requested.

Its defintely not the connection as I use my university internet which is very fast but Ill try accessing threads using the last post thing as I didnt know that was there thanks.
