I do not know if this is the correct forum for this question.. but what is the market rate per square foot for a long term lease (over 10 years) for a single level 30,000 square feet industrial building in the South Bronx (near the Bronx Terminal Market)?

Talk to the folks at CoStar, www.costar.com. They track commercial rents throughout NYC and other major US and UK cities. You have to pay for official data, but will probably give you ballpark neighborhood rents over the phone or internet.
