Researching Residential Sales

I have noticed that there are websites where I can find out previous residential sales. But these websites only tell me purchase price and sale date. Are there any websites that will give me more information like square footage, # of bedrooms and bathrooms, etc??

Prudential Douglas Elliman has a great package that you can probably request by calling their offices. I don't know if the same information is available online.

The reports that you can obtain in New York Condominiums (http://condos.wirednewyork.com/) section of Wired New York contain the number of bedrooms, square footage, and even floor plans. The reports cost $1 per sale record.
