Has anyone gone to this newly opened building?
Would the area be considered financial district or battery park city?
Also do you think it's wise being one of the first tenants in a new building..i've heard nightmares from the first batch of people at the crest, and i wouldn't want to go thru the same thing...but maybe the management is different there?
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Financial district. I think it's a converted office building.

10 Hanover is pretty far from BPC. It is much closer to East River than the Hudson.

Financial District. Converted a while back. There's a thread on here somewhere with comments from a forum member who lives there.

Curious if they're advertising this as loft space with its huge floorplates.

Thread HERE (http://www.wirednewyork.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7238)
Their website (http://10hanover.com/) ... they show floorplans -- none of which seem to show an actual bedroom (a room with a window) but instead a small "home office" (mostly 11' x 10') that is not fully enclosed but open to the entryway. Due to the large floorplates most of the units are long and very narrow (~ 12' 8" wide) with windows at one end and the front door at the other.
Most of the units look to be ~ 600 ft. sq.
But all do claim to have "loft kitchens with breakfast bar" ;)
