A BUDDY OF MINE IS LOOKING FOR A BRAND SPANKIN NEW RENTAL BUILDING WHERE HE WOULD BE THE FIRST PERSON TO LIVE IN THE APT...HE ALSO HAS A DOG ANYBODY KNOW ANY???
HES LOOKING TO SELL IS CONDO AND LIQUIFY HIS ASSETS FOR HIS NEXT REAL ESTATE DEAL

Go back and read some of the thread titles in this forum. You might possibly find a sticky one, right above your own, that says "RENTAL BUILDINGS".

it's an awesome building, i just signed a lease there...beautiful finishes and outstanding amenties, still partially under construction but more and more units are being finished every week...

Looking for the same thing (new rental building) as I return to Manhattan.
What I've noticed is the palatial lack of new rental buildings at the moment.
10 Hanover Sq
The Helena
90 West St (a renovation of a landmark building)
River East (not attractive to me---it's on the UES)
Historic Front Street (no doorman?)
That seems to be it from this past weekend's NYTimes real estate section.
That seems to be about it. Everything else is being sold as a condo. I remember 3-5 years ago when there were new rental buildings all over the place.
