first i wanna say thanks to all of u guys posting my harlem thread.. unfortunately this thread was closed by mod so the only chance for me to post is here

now.. since i think places in nyc i am looking for seem to be similar in safety

the best search engine i found so far is

is there anyone around having experience with this or any other suggestion to find a short term lease for 12 days and 4 people

sublet.com asks 70 $ for adresses in manhattan seems pretty cheap when i look at other broker fees..
i think i will pay this.. so if anyone needs login data, just let me know tho :)

Bishop, I'm a little confused by your post.

You don't need a lease if you're only staying here for 12 days. For that short of a time, you shouldn't be paying any sort of broker fee.

in fact i found no private rental portal without any fee to pay.. this makes me think there is nothing without a fee to pay

i would be more than happy if there aint any fee ;)

browsing this craigslist i figure that people offer bedrooms within their apt

we are looking for some sort of apt with kitchen where we can stay for 12 days

i dont think the ladys like some company except ourselves in the apt

but maybe i dont understand how to use this craigslist so far

any suggestions are welcome
