East Harlem

Anyone live in this neighborhood that can tell me their opinions of living there? I recently saw a new condo development on 110th and 2nd that I was interested in, but wanted to get some feedback on this neighborhood. I'm much more familiar with West Harlem than the east side, so would be interested in anyone's thoughts.
