This is a great site. I wonder if anyone is on the Board of managers or know anything about condo could help me.
I am an owner of a condominum and recently received a letter stating that the Board of Manangers has approved a non-refunable fee which will be assessed to all unit owners who wish to lease their untis.
My question is do the Board have the right to collect the money. I thought being a owner of a unit, I am entitle to lease to whoever I want without paying any lease fee.
Can anyone enlighten me about this?
