Just graduated and I've been looking for work (in NYC/ NJ) for some time now. Any tips? Seems like Monstertrak and Careerbuilder is a waste of time . . . .

Look for companies that you would be interested in working for and go to their website and search their Career sections.

Network with Uncles, Aunts, Older Cousins, Parents Friends...etc

I work for one of the Big Consulting Firms and we are always hiring if you are interested send me a PM.
