Hi All. Awesome site. Ridiculous amounts of good information. I have two other buddies and we'd like to move in a true three bedroom luxury/walk-up/elevator apartment. We currently live in the Atlas on 66 West 38th Street in a 3 bedroom converted. Its a bit cramped for three people. The converted room really cuts into the living room and the den is not as useful as expected. We currently pay $4350 + $50 each for gym access.
I'd like to first ask of any suggestions on luxury true bedroom buildings in Manhattan. Location is not as important now, however we prefer below east 60's (as far as 2nd) to LES and upper Tribecca/Flatiron. Our range is $4500-$5000 (+/- $100) Any suggestions would be appreciated.
