Directions to a Jets game

I live in Poughkeepsie , NY and have tickets to see the Jets on New Years Day in NJ. What is the best way to get there? Dont know if MTA on the Hudson line would be best or if the NJ line would be better. What about Amtrack? Please no jokes on why the hell I am going to see these to really bad teams.

Metro North to GCT. M42 westbound bus to the Port Authority Bus Station.
NJT special events bus to Meadowlands.

No jokes here...we actually went to see the Jets vs Saints!

I have to say that riding the bus from the Port Authority was a piece of cake. I highly recommend it.

Yes came over to see Jets vs Raiders - bus from port authority definately cheapest and stress free way $18 gets you there and back no problems.
