That's the Forest Hills Long Island Railroad stop, isn't it?

Comelade, that is Forest Hills Station Square. Forest Hills was a planned railroad suburb on the pattern of Hampstead Garden Suburb, Letchworth or Welwyn. Olmsted Brothers laid it out, and most of the architecture is by Grosvenor Atterbury. The idea was that everybody lived within walking distance of the station with its rapid connection to Penn Station. It still functions that way and it's pretty affluent. A really nice place to live.

Truly remarkable!!! I highly commend the Forest Hills Gardens association who maintains it, and keeps its spirit alive. FH Gardens = A neighborhood that was built to last! When you step through a trestle, it's as if you're stepping back in time to another century. It is a Tudor-style mecca with lush gardens, winding streets, mansions, the FH Inn, Station Sq, & the FH Tennis Stadium. It's a perfect place to take a date on a romantic walk on a spring day!!! :)
