I'm confused. Those certainly aren't attractive buildings, but I imagine they're affordable. Do you have any information about the actual projects?

Not really, apparently they're all for sale though. They might be affordable, and that would be good. But good lord, someone can do better than that.

I live in the area and these buildings are an eye sore.
The walkups in The Bronx have some kind of character. These are beige, yellow, or white boxes erected in neighborhoods that have been established long ago.
What I believe is going to happen is that they are going to target the students at nearby Fordham University.
