Hotel Question

Im looking at hotels and was wondering if anyone has been to or heard of HOTEL 31 on 31ST and Park Ave? And is that an good area? I have only seen the hotel listed on the internet but not in any publications or travel books and was just a little curious.

I stayed in that area last month. It's safe but boring. Removed from the action. I much prefer the Times Square area

Well how old or young are you? What kind of budget are you on? And what do you like to do? The area you mention is definitly safe, but wouldnt be fun if your single and looking to mingle. I mean its not a bad area nothing a 5 minute cab or subway couldnt take care of!
