I think eventually the need for land will lead to sky scrapers being built in Limerick City.

Look at Hong-Kong, when Britian first got it it was a poorly developed land.
Modern Day; It is a major Asian industrial area and full of sky scrapers as land has become so expensive the only way to get value is to build up.
Have you ever heard of the population cycle/demographic transition.

yes but you need to explain why this would happen in limerick and support it with some images because i have no idea of limericks geographical situation therefore i have no idea what the thread is about

Pat, I don't think this is the best forum to post this since I doubt anyone has here has a clue about stuff going on in Limerick. A better site which focuses on Irish stuff is www.archiseek.com. BTW, aren't there already towers being built there? Last time I was there I could clearly remember the clarion and riverpoint.
