			<description><![CDATA[If the owners of this hotel could acquire the adjacent Director's Guild on 57th, it seems that they would have a massive development site that could accommodate very high-end apartments and  a very exclusive, smaller hotel.  Does anyone think this is likely.

It seems that the Ziegfeld Theatre site and the Hilton on Sixth Ave hold similar potential.  The Hilton, in particular, must have massive development rights.<br />
<br />
The beauty of all of these sites is that there are no tenants to buy out.</div>
