I think there should also be a Truck Toll for Trucks using 21 as a way around the Turnpike... The Toll during peak hours should be 6$ , and 1.25$ off

Times Square is doing better after Broadway was closed. Rents and foot traffic have increased substantially. And adding more lanes *does* make cars
People speed down them like their Expressways , reminds me of West Street in Manhattan. I would also ban left Hand turning on Mac Carter Highway
I would have no problem with that , the real problem is getting everyone to come. Lining up Schedules is usually the problem and unless its a convention
