I hope this not going to be a final "cladding"
any idea?

It looks like the final cladding to me.
I need to see it from the ground. The section of the south building that's already clad isn't directly visible from the WFC.
It looks like they don't want the buildings to stand out; at any rate, they'll be partially screened by trees.
What looks like a gray blob on the cam could very well be attractive and muted up close. Although in the renders we really cannot tell.

This must be the fountains on full blast! Quite a cool effect if you ask me, I had no idea they would have this much power.
Pic via earthcam.
Yeah, it looks like the cam got the shot just after they turned on the water (the wave is just approaching the edge of the central void)
On second viewing, it looks like the water isn't coming down the walls from the water falls but rather is being pumped in from the lower perimeter of the pool (or maybe being drained out) ...

Looks like they put some soap in the water?
The waterfalls are definitely running in those pics. It could be some sort of chemical or coloring agent, maybe a cleaning agent or a test for the flow of the water?
Re: Vent Structures / Metal cladding
Peeking through the fence along the Deutsche Bank site, you see from street level that the vent structures are almost totally blocked from view by the trees. No doubt when walking around the Memorial Plaza area, closer to the structures, they will be more visible, but the tops of the vents will be masked by branches / foliage and the base area usually will be seen through a set of tree trunks, all of which will soften what are now appearing to be big hard chunks of concrete & metal.
No doubt they'll get this worked out ... not so pretty ...

Too bad the structures couldn't have green roofs.
