They were planning a huge retail center but that was about 2 years ago and nothing's become of it.

I saw it tonight from the Pulaski Skyway driving towards JC. The blue looked really nice in the skyline.

The NBC Tower in Chicago, built 1989 is one of truest forms of Echo-Deco.
