Also, demolition for two recently approved buildings on Cottage Street (same developer as 87 Newkirk) is going to proceed soon. The two buildings are 20 stories and 27 stories.

This is at the north end of the Homestead Assemblage. 35 Cottage St was approved by the planning board earlier this month. That will be 27 stories.

It looks fine from that angle, but the south wall is a dreadful addition to the skyline.
