Why don't you and the other people who constantly whine about Newark run for office? It sounds like you know how to fix the city , run for office.

Nothing Rail wise is moving in NJ intill Christie is out of office... Streetcars in my opinion are nothing but toys , Cities in the Northeast wouldn't really benefit from them... A light Rail...

The Griffin building is going to be a Luxury Hotel...

They closed a few upstate locations , those were in Suburban areas... The chain isn't doing to well in the Northeast... The can and has supported restaurants just not crappy ones anymore...

There slowly closing down all Joe Crab shacks in the Northeast...

Block H is disappointing , too much parking..
