I hate HATE getting stuck in the smelly bum car on the subway. i got on a train last night at 4 am and the train car was empty. i rushed and got on as the doors were closing, so proud of my little...
this event if full. no more tickets. i guess i heard about it too late. shame
thats an awfully large plot of land for an avalon bay. what's the FAR there?
at this point, this is a farce. cutting the price in half? Its going to end up looking as boring as the arena in Nassau where the islanders play. In the middle of brooklyn. oh the humanity. just...
Id hate to be the front desk guard at 505 5th ave. Those blacklights or whatever lights would give me the worst head ache after 10 minutes.
You are free to check out the Chrysler Building lobby...
good catch on the taper. Its going up faster than i thought it would

How bout Astor Place? That reclad isn't happening too is it?
That article of the ferris wheel was 3 months ago. Anyone know if the construction is visible yet?
Did Pinnacle ever release a render of what they planned to build on the sands site?

How do you complain that a building is too tall if its dwarfed by two of its neighbors? I think it looks quite nice. Im not attached to the meat market building in the least.
City Island is absolutely worth the trip. A slice of New England in the Bronx. Great seafood places too. though tad overpriced.
1 penn is there to stay. Only the rounded arena structure would be eliminated
awesome. i love plans like these. Im so glad that in the past 5-10 years everyone finally started to realize how much our waterfront is neglected and how spectacular it could be.

i could see, dont want, but could see a Target across the street from the Port Authority in the base of the milstein site. It could even have a direct entrance into the Times Sq Station. that seems...
