Hopefully, the designers were bright of enough to use glass in NYT Tower that reflects wavelengths of light invisible to ppl but visible to birds... this helps the birds see the glass and understand...

Not bad, consider it a facelift for One Brooklyn Bridge Plaza... I don't understand why Verizon is selling majority of it's bldg. 4 little or nothing. Does this mean the Verizon logo will be removed?

4 some reason, no matter what angle you take of this bldg., I will not like it... The finish product seems odd and boring, then what I think could of been. This is by far my least fav. bldg. in ny.

New York stinks literally. I remember passing through all sorts of odors most of them were indescribable and yet I observe ppl not complaining or doing anything. So I guess one's nose can be trained...

Thats not a nice way of looking at it... Prices have already dropped 10% or even more of the asking price, people are suffering here.

its a hott pic but an ugly building, i can't stand the over proportion x bracing of hearst, it makes the glass windows look like one huge unit.
