i like the big design much better than the foster. i hope that one stays. db doesnt need that fox media friendly design though, so if they take the site, and i think they will, it will probably end...
'frank' looks alright as compared to the other two, which i just dont care for.
the big change is that its hopping busy at all times now with people taking out from le district food hall.
it used to be dead quiet in there, with nothing to do and it was always full of homeless...
after the art exhibit the courthouse building has returned to renovation and repair. it will reopen as a permanent art exhibit space for the forseeable future:

no way was '96 worse. the snow total was the about the same, but the wind in this one was a category two hurricane and driving and transit were more disrupted.
