after the art exhibit the courthouse building has returned to renovation and repair. it will reopen as a permanent art exhibit space for the forseeable future:

yes and i disagree. drifts aside this one had as much or more snow. additionally, as ninja says this one was windier and rougher, although it was only one storm and of course there was the dos...

no way was '96 worse. the snow total was the about the same, but the wind in this one was a category two hurricane and driving and transit were more disrupted.
