Looking for Public Skype Possabilitys

Hi,

my girlfriend is at the moment in NY. We would like to skype with each other, but she has no Wifi or any other possability so she needs a public place where there are computers with skype to use. Does anyone know where you can find this ?
Because of not knowing her hostels adress i need to know many of those places so she can choose the nearest

Skype is a free phone service over the internet. usually you have to use it with a computer, but a number of phones have come out that do not require pc connections but can jump onto any free wifi hotspot. Think cell phone, but free and through the internet.
