New to this forum anf coop market.
In Nov. my house will be in my name one year. After second year I will be exempt from capital gains tax and want very much to but a coop in Sheepsheaad Bay area. Being on the water not essential and all hat new construction is out of my budget. I am interested in a 1 or maybe 2 bedroom coop.
Besides Foxtons is there any site that is as informative (pictures, floor plans maps)
I do not drive so I need to be within walking distance of major supermarket, drug store, laundry and major bus lines. I like a place that has a good area for walking (I am now in walking distance of Marine Park.
Any tips, pointers or advice would be most appreciated.
