Default LEED Certification of New Construction in NYC?

Does anyone know the PERCENTAGE of LEED-Certified buildings in NYC? I read in a newsletter from the Center for an Urban Future that the total number of buildings is 41, but I could really use a percentage. Any thoughts?

Way less than 1%. There are thousands of buildings built in the city each year and at least 75% of them could've went for LEED-NB.

Maybe there were 40 LEED-certified projects, but that doesn't necessarily mean they were all new construction buildings. Could be interiors, renovations, etc.
