^ That's too bad, when do we think it will begin to come out of the ground?

I thinks the total project is now a hotel.

I wonder if the white facade will stay clean. Anyone notice how White Castles are never, well, soot Castles.

From yesterday. The construction fence was completely secured except for this tiny hole, from where the pic is taken. As Lofter stated in another thread, it looks like the perimeter foundations are complete.

    Exclamation Thread Title

MODs: The title of this thread is funky and some changes seem to be in order --

"10 Arquitectos" is incorrect; the firm is called TEN Arquitectos which stands for "Taller de Enrique Norten Arquitectos", "taller" being the Spanish word for workshop.

Also. this project is labeled as "70 West 45th Street" on the TEN Arq site.

    Thanks

    Nothing new...

The streets of Midtown are a mess. They should dedicate side-street parking only to trucks.

^ Not quite yet but they've added a crane and a few more floors since the last pics above.

Actually i think they are up to the setback in your picture.

Those steal beams that are cantilevered over the top level seem to be a staging area. If you look closely at the top near either side, the columns for the next floor are further back (you can't see this in your picture).
