"Manhattan on the Move" Conference
On October 12, 2006, Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer will host a conference at Columbia University titled, "Manhattan on the Move: A Transportation Agenda for a Growing City." The event will feature a keynote address by Enrique Penalosa, former mayor of Bogota.
