Default long term parking on train line into Manhattan?

    Hi all:

I'm visiting Manhattan with a friend over Christmas, and driving from the Midwest. Is there anywhere close to the City in New Jersey where one can safely park a car at a commuter station for that length of time? I may or may not be able rto park at a friend's place in NJ, so I'd like to have a backup plan too.

    Thanks, J

    Smile Here you go!

I suggest check the PATH Plaza at Journal Square here in Jersey City. I'm pretty sure you can do long term parking there and the PATH system is a direct route into Manhattan. Here is a link for the Transit Center and more on the PATH system. Best of luck.

    Default thanks

I hadn't even considered parking so close! I'll check it out.
