    They've only done 4 floors in the past month? They were doing 2 floors a week until they got to the setback.

    Well, they spent a weekend dismantling the crawler. For a while, they had both cranes working.

    Lower Manhattan's rooftops have a very interesting approach to making the best of the building. Especially on the post-war hulks along Church.

    Looks like a major transition/setback floor with columns shifting all over the place. Maybe a mech floor too since it has so few windows.

    The heavy duty rebar and small windows symbolize a mechanical floor. It remains in the setback from a few floors below and it must mean the transition from hotel to residential.
