It will in the very least wind up being a good background building.
How often do we see new buildings with chamfers and setbacks? Or a traditional building with huge windows. It's already pretty interesting or different in my view. Hopefully the windows will have brass or stainless frames.
I wish the color was a bit lighter, but so far, it looks good.

So vastly superior to an unnamed stack of banality across the street.
The chamfered corner is excellent. And makes me miss even more the loss of those at 1 WTC.

The street could do with a bit of a spruce-up to match, too.
Walked by this morning and had a good look at it. It will look amazing.
