Was biking on Flushing avenue near Broadway in BK, and saw that right in one of the empty lots of the big 'Broadway Triangle' is the staging area for 99 Church's facade panels.

Nice Find! And was that the beginnings of a bay window segment?

I hope the windows jazz it up because it's looking plain.

They haven't done much the past few days. Problem?

Now I don't feel so bad thinking this project was boring me, at its current stage.

It will in the very least wind up being a good background building.

How often do we see new buildings with chamfers and setbacks? Or a traditional building with huge windows. It's already pretty interesting or different in my view. Hopefully the windows will have brass or stainless frames.

I wish the color was a bit lighter, but so far, it looks good.

So vastly superior to an unnamed stack of banality across the street.

The chamfered corner is excellent. And makes me miss even more the loss of those at 1 WTC.

Awesome. A very worthy neighbour for Woolworth.

The street could do with a bit of a spruce-up to match, too.
