    I love how the service structure abutting the backside of the Woolworth is coming out. Just what that blank wall/array of HVAC units needed. Aside from concealment, will it be used for anything else?

    I'm leaning towards retail/hotel services (valet), but yeah, could always be that. This seems like a cheap buy for people with those problems. I don't see why they'd leave 59-58th sts.
