It's a nice building, I like the location too. To the East of the main tower is some sort of 2/3 story utility building that sandwiches a driveway. That building must be one of the narrowest approved for Manhattan construction in decades

Did they photoshop out the railing in that first image? Note its shadow on the ground. Appreciate the calatrava easter egg in that last render
The railing is that black bar at the bottom center of the image.
Was driving in from Jersey on 78 to Holland Tunnel, a route which affords great views of downtown, and this tower looked just like 1 Wall Street (nee Irving Trust co. - one of the most beautiful ever built), except 20 stories taller. Its cladding, massing, crown were beautifully-similar to 1 Wall, so at that distance it could easily pass for a 1920s icon by the same architects. Can think of no better compliment. (Of course, without the deco/period ornament, it can't stand with the pre-wars in the closer views)
