    Winick claims "Possession Fall 2007"

    Fat chance.

This is still just a dirty hole in the ground.

The website has lots of stuff up: http://www.100west18.com/

But they don't seem to want to show too much of the full building (mainly lots of fabulous looking young people involved in luxury-lifestyle activities ).

    Some screen captures ...

Anyone find it odd that they've got a sink in the lobby?

"Polished concierge", eh? Guess that means the rough-hewn need not apply.

Has there ever been a new development where they have been accurate about completion date? Seems like they are almost always 5-6 months late at best

This one looks like a rip off of the Charleston.

Of all the firms out there, why anyone would choose an SLCE design to copy is beyond me.

Btw, that base ^ looks terrible.

What is referred to as a sink is actually an Eileen Gray side table - not quite so effective for foot bathing but some developer may see the foot spa experience within a lobby as the next must have amenity!

The dirty hole is now fully enclosed with concrete.

    And a crane is on-site ...

Some of the construction has reached street level ...

And Mr. John has reported for duty ...
