Buying furniture?

I need to furnish my small bedroom 7x12' in my new apt in Brooklyn. Yes, I finally got a new apt. Besides craigslist, which doesn't seem too helpful in this area, where can I go for some nice stuff? Ikea is too far, there must be something closer.

If you like antiques, go to Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn.

You can get some great pieces of quality furniture at good prices at the PS 321 flea market on Saturdays & Sundays (1st Street & 7th Avenue in Park Slope). Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn both sell hardy furniture (both at Houston& Brodaway).

There's a very modern furniture place an Park Ave South by 19th (?) Street. Very nice designs.

Althought i cannot help you directly (I do not know the area), what is the price range you are looking at?

We got some decent mid-range furnature delivered online (Hooker) and I could get the addy for you if you need it (Wife knows).
