    That mechanical floor between the concrete clad lower floors and the all-glass portion of the tower is really horrible looking.

    They don't get much worse than that one there.

    Yes distance is what it needs ....I'm sure what anyone can see of it from another state is just fine
    Just don't get too close (like anywhere within NYC)

    I saw this POM (i.e., pile of mierda) from Madison, and it looked like sh...it. Those windows and the glass make it look terrible.

    True. When I'm on the Brooklyn Bridge with my binoculars, I actually look at this building through the wrong end to make it even smaller and further away.
