    Didn't the out of control costs destroy Olympia & York?
    Canary Wharf in London killed Olympia & York.

    I know what you're thinking of BR, the book "High Rise: How 1,000 Men and Women Worked Around the Clock for Five Years and Lost $200 Million Building a Skyscraper", a great read btw.



    However it was Bruce Eichner that went bankrupt. Olympia and York went bankrupt likewise after overexpanding and not being able to keep up with rising costs. Today, properties by these firms are immensely successful.
