Looking at the second photo from Tectonic; December 29th, 2014, 09:27 AM; It looks like the top 5 "floors" are actually just a false wall, so the top inhabitable floor is 60 or 70 feet below the top?

Am I correct in identifying this apartment as being in the Ardsley (lucky people) and that the Art Deco tower outside the window is the Eldorado?

I would never block out all that Art Deco gorgeousness .

    .
If the Ardsley is located on the Southeast corner of 92nd Street and Central Park West: then it is the Ardsley - I don't know the name of the building. The building outside the window would be the northeast corner of 92nd and CPW: not sure if that is where the 'Eldorado' is located. They sure are a couple of classic beauties.....

The Eldorado occupies the block between West 90th and West 91st Streets. The Ardsley (also Art Deco) is on the south side of West 92nd Street. The view from the window would be south if it's the Eldorado (and to be able to see 432 Park).
