    I wouldn't call a building that also breaks the streetwall and one where we haven't even seen the façade yet, "good."

    The rendering posted at the site looks good; interesting. I suspect the setback, like the corner plaza, is due to the 2/3 train curving under/through the site as it turns south under William street.

    This is correct. The corner of this lot has been vacant since the subway construction. It has almost no break with the garage on the west (and I cannot imagine the garage being there much longer either).
