    I'm going to get the predictions for 2009 going...

    1) The Tower Verre gets approved and after a few months of little news, the developer surprises with an announcement that construction will begin. Says that because of the length of construction, by the time the tower is completed, the real estate market would have recovered, thus timing it just right.

    The redesign already took place by the time I made the resquest, it didnt happen in 2008, it happened in 2007. I wanted a redesign of the redesign.

    I was hoping it was more of a design commemorating, you know, the statue of liberty torch like it was supposed to.

    Not a commemoration to an animated cartoons limb used for balance and thermal control:
