    New 60 story tower at the Mercedes Benz site on 11th Avenue to be developed by Silverstein. It appears to have around 80 stories in the rendering though.

    I wonder what kind of plans they have to block out the Lincoln Tunnel entrance traffic. Lots of tall trees?

    Anyone remember this situation in April when a construction worker suffered a nasty fall in that building in 39th Street at 8th Avenue?

    The building still looks like that today (July 28 2012). It's nasty. How does the city allow this just a few blocks from the main train station and the bus depot?

    It's been like that for years and years, looked like crap when it was actually open...
    and will still look like $hit when it's finally finished.
