At least 3 huge blocks just west of Broadway that would seem to have scads of unused air rights in that photo.

Anyone know how much excess FAR is available on the Macy's block (below in red)? That block looks to be zoned C6-4 and C5-2 ...

This area has so many beautiful buildings. The anomaly is that crap block just north of the Hotel Penn which is prime for development. Does anyone know if Vornado can transfer the air rights from the hotel to the site across 33rd St.?
