    Very Nice Pics! Shame i never got to see the tower IRL.

    as mentioned, the whole 9/11 incident has given me more respect for both the city and the people living there.

    How was WTC so close to the Hudson in that one shot? Was the land that BPC sits on not there?

    I agree. It does seem quite close in both the ariel shot and the side shot of the towers.

    The rock and earth excavated from the original WTC bathtub was the fill used to create BPC.

    All the dirt from the 16-acre WTC pit couldn't possibly fill up all 90+ acres of BPC, could it?

    There must have been dirt from some place else added in or the Hudson along the edges of Lower Manhattan just wasn't very deep at all.

    I was thinking that myself. I know they used WTC dirt but not for the whole of BPC.
