In the second last image the building seems to be 3/4 metres wide at most.

So what are the chances that this will get built? great design and form but this crisis doesn't make it easy.

Take this off sticky and let it dissapate among old threads.

    A fruitless effort.

Let's not overreact. As far as we know it's still being planned, maybe the timeline will be pushed back a bit.

If there ever was a tower to wait for, it would be this one.

    Patience.

It's quite likely that by the time the next build cycle commences that there'll be technological advances in construction which might cause the design of this project to be adjusted.

Is that sarcasm that the next cycle is so far off?

Hard to judge concretely without knowing the numbers and what had already been done (if anything) by way of financing. Speaking generally, if this breaks ground within 2 years that would probably be cause for celebration.

Default Time consumed by approval process

It seems that the process can be so long and costly as to kill good projects aborning. Does anyone know, on rough average in the past, how long it has taken for ZR 74-79 and other major applications to go from initial LPC application, to CPC, ULURP, DEIS, EIS, Cty Council, Mayor's Office and what else, until construction can begin?
